A Splashin' Good Summer

Today we went to visit the Gandy's. The big kids took a dip in Jay's new pool. Rylie was pretty content with a nap. It won't be long, though, until she's splashing around with them! I think we need a bigger pool.

I know we all say that our Callie girl looks like the Mexicans (where she was conceived) but I think she definitely takes after my MOM'S side of the family. Here is a picture of Callie, my mom, and my nannie. I see a resemblance!

FLORIDA VACATION

We spent Chad's 32nd Birthday in Panama City, Florida. It was a vacation/business trip for Chad. Once Chad finished on the work sites, we spent our time together at the pool and going out to dinner. We also spent some time at the race track--the boys were old enough to drive their own go cart on a "Kiddie Track." I do think the best time was on the bumper boats. I don't know who was laughing harder --the kids or CHAD! We had a great time and it was a nice getaway.

WELCOME RYLIE!

Today we welcomed Rylie Brooke Gandy to the family. Julie moved things along a little faster than we all expected and Rylie was brought into the world at 10:10 a.m. weighing 7lbs. 4ozs. All of the family met at SMH to meet the new arrival---SHE IS BEAUTIFUL! Julie is doing well and Dad and Jay are trying to adjust to the new arrival, too! Thank God for little miracles!

It Strikes Again!

Yesterday, I decided to straighten up the boys room. Well, while checking UNDER the boys bed, guess what I found-----The Mystery Terd Strikes Again! After a quick, yet disgusting, sniff test, my fears were confirmed! I did ask the boys about it and they blamed it on UNCLE SHANE! I don't know who said boys were easier to raise! They may be easy but they sure are DISGUSTING! Try to see if you can find the "little pebbles" in the picture.
