Rylie Roo's 2nd Birthday

We celebrated Rylie's 2nd Birthday at the Houston Children's Museum. The best present Roo received was from her Daddy---Tory was allowed to leave TIRR for his FIRST OFFICIAL FIELD TRIP!! We all had fun watching the kids run around the museum--there was face painting, pretend play areas, experiments and dancing. After playing at the museum, we went to eat at Pappasito's. I am so glad that Tory could be there with us. Seeing the smile on his face while watching his little girl was a true blessing.

Father's Day Weekend

Chad and the boys spent most of the day at the golf course with Mr. Brandon. They came back sunburned and tired, but they had a really good 'guy day.'

Happy Father's Day, Bay.
It's a wild ride, but there's no one else I'd rather ride with! We love you.

The Goodnights came over for a visit on Saturday. The dads grilled and the girls had fun hanging out and singing High School Musical.

Thank you so much, Mom for coming to help with the kids. I guess we need to work on the sleeping arrangements. I REALLY wish I had the camera when you were climbing up there!Happy Father's Day to MY daddy, PawPaw. I'm sorry we couldn't be there with you, but we love and miss you very much.

4th Grade Graduation

On Thursday, we went to Powell Elementary to see the boys' 4th Grade Graduation Ceremony. Apparently it's a REALLY big deal here to leave elementary school. First, the boys received their diplomas and had a 'Clap Off.' The entire school lined the hallways and applauded the fourth grade classes. We then joined the boys in the auditorium for refreshments. I couldn't believe the pomp and circumstance for 4th grade---it was pretty cool.
